Morning everyone! How are you? I am
sad because it has snowed again and I can't get to school to see you all.
It has been lovely to see all the teddy bears that you have created on Purple Mash, that has cheered me up :)
Remember use this time off to practise reading your home reading books. Miss Shaw will change all of the books that come in tomorrow and Friday and we will start the timetable again next week.
Also, practise your 2 and 10 times tables as we will be playing, 'Around the Clock' in school!
Hopefully I will see you all tomorrow, be safe in the snow!

Purple Mash Activity

Hi boys and girls,
I would like you to use your creative skills and design either an old or new teddy bear on Purple Mash.
Log in to Purple Mash, click on Themes, click on Toys and Games and select Paint Projects:Teddy.
You may choose whether you design an old looking teddy or a new one. Think about the differences between old and new toys that we have been discussing in school.
I am looking forward to looking at your finished teddies! They will look fab on our class display! :)

Learning Logs

Hi boys and girls, I hope you are all being safe in the snow today! I have just marked the learning logs that have come in so far and they are very interesting. Due to the weather conditions that have disrupted our week I will be giving out the new learning log task on Monday. Can everyone bring the 'odd and even' task in by Friday please ready for the new task next week.

Trip to the Toy Museum

Remember we are off to Pontypool Toy Museum on Thursday morning. So make sure you have your consent forms in school tomorrow or Tuesday! Miss Shaw and I can't wait to go along with you and find out about toys from the past :)

Hello Spring Term :)
